The Chesapeake Sports Club hosts monthly luncheons on second Monday of each month at the Chesapeake Conference Center, located at:

Doors open at 11:00 AM for check-in and the meeting starts at 11:30.
The monthly Chesapeake Sports Club Luncheons bring together sports enthusiasts, community leaders, and special guests for engaging mid-day gatherings centered on the love of sports and its impact on our region. Held throughout the year, each luncheon features a distinguished speaker—such as coaches, athletes, broadcasters, or sports executives—who shares insights, stories, and perspectives from the world of athletics. Most luncheons also feature our Legend of Honor, and Student-Athlete recognition awards.
Luncheons are open to Sports Club Members and Guests.
***All luncheon reservations MUST be made in advance. The deadline to register for each luncheon is Wednesday prior to the monthly luncheon date. Walk-ins the day of the luncheon are NOT guaranteed a spot.***

In 2023 the Chesapeake Sports Club named Beck it’s prestigious “Member of the Year” for his will deserved generous efforts.
His big, warm smile may seem familiar to you. You may have met him at a Chesapeake Sports Club luncheon or event. Strangers quickly notice his readiness to listen to a great story and to make new friends. His humility may have kept you from also recognizing him as a well-traveled editorial photographer, former coach, philanthropist, race car driver, and PGA sports enthusiast. With all his talent, it surprises new friends, how easily he can crack and land a golf ball, perfectly where he aims. His love of various sports and helping others has opened many doors. His coaching years fueled philanthropic action, and he now proudly serves on several boards that financially help sports-talented students.
